A few small habits that make QickShare even smoother at the counter.
Scan the QR when you can
Scanning is faster and avoids typos — reserve manual code entry for when a customer can't easily show their screen.
Remind customers about the 10-minute window
Shares expire 10 minutes after upload. If a code doesn't work, it's most likely expired — just ask the customer to re-upload.
Keep files under 45 MB
That's the per-file limit. For large photo batches, suggest splitting into a couple of uploads if needed.
Photos vs. documents
If a customer has photos to print, have them use "Upload Images" so QickShare merges them into one clean PDF automatically, rather than sending each photo separately.
